Police are searching for the driver of a car that failed to stop after hitting and killing a pedestrian on Christmas Eve.
A woman in her 60s died after she was hit in Buckhurst Hill in Essex at about 07:30 GMT.
Essex Police said inquiries were ongoing and officers wanted to hear from anyone who saw a vehicle fail to stop at the scene on Palmerston Road.
A force spokesperson said: "We believe this car was either dark grey or silver in colour, and may have been a Jaguar or similar make."
