A veteran who admitted kidnapping a man in Cleethorpes has been jailed.

Ryan Nicholls, 40, pleaded guilty to the offence at a hearing at Grimsby Crown Court in December.

The court heard the offence related to an incident near a pub on Wardall Street in October.

Nicholls, a former marine, who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, was sentenced to 32 months in prison at a hearing on Friday.
