City centre garage on sale for £45,000

A garage in the centre of York has been put up for sale for £45,000.

Located in Walmgate, estate agent George Black said the property was expected to go for above the asking price.

He said: "Obviously it comes at a bit of a premium [but] parking in York at the moment is very expensive as many people will know."
