A fourth man has been charged with murdering a 16-year-old boy in 2021, police have said.

Rhamero West, a nephew of former Manchester City and England footballer Shaun Wright-Phillips, was attacked and stabbed in the Old Trafford area on 9 September 2021 after his first day at college.
