Boys, 14 and 16, charged with rape and suffocation

Two teenage boys have been charged with rape following an attack in Hull.
The boys, aged 14, and 16, were arrested in connection with an incident in Princes Avenue, on 3 July.
Humberside Police said both boys had since been charged with rape, false imprisonment, actual bodily harm and suffocation, while the 16-year-old has also been charged with sexual assault and harassment.
The pair have been remanded into custody to appear at Hull Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
The force said a 17-year-old who was also arrested as part of the investigation had been released without charge.
