A major motorway was closed following a "serious" crash, National Highways said.
The M4 was closed westbound between junction 8/9 for Maidenhead and J10 for Reading following the crash involving a car and a motorcycle.
Police, ambulance and air ambulance crews were on the scene and a diversion was in place.
Thames Valley Police confirmed the road had since reopened.
The BBC has approached emergency services for more information.
