Attempted murder charge after car ploughs into crowd

A man has been charged with attempted murder after a car drove into a crowd outside a nightclub in Birmingham.
Mohammed Suffi, 22, is also accused of violent disorder and dangerous driving in connection with the incident on Livery Street on 4 October.
Six people were hurt, five of whom were taken to hospital for treatment.
West Midlands Police said Mr Suffi was charged on Monday and was remanded into custody to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The force said three other Birmingham men had also been charged with violent disorder in connection with the incident.
Daanyal Hussain, 20; Armaan Abid, 23; and Mustafa Gohari, 21, are set to appear before the same court on 20 June.
