Witness appeal after serious collision on A3

Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision involving three vehicles in Surrey on Sunday.

It happened on the A3 at the Ripley bypass near Woking at about 14:00 BST.

A man in his 70s was taken to hospital after the crash, which lead to the northbound carriageway being closed for over three hours.

Surrey Police is appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dash or helmet cam footage to come forward.
