CCTV appeal after woman flashed at while running

Police investigating reports that a man indecently exposed himself to a female runner in Cottingham have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to.

Officers said the woman was followed prior to the incident at about 20:00 BST on Sunday.

The perpetrator is also said to have performed a sex act before fleeing the scene.

A Humberside Police spokesperson said the man, pictured, could help officers' inquiries.
