Staff shortages disrupt Remembrance Sunday trains
Train services on Sunday between south Wales, Bristol and London Paddington will be disrupted due to staff shortages.
Great Western Railway (GWR) confirmed a lack of train crews meant several of the services would be severely delayed, disrupted or cancelled.
The rail provider said fewer trains would run on these routes and those that do would be "very busy" and were likely to take longer than normal.
GWR said: "We know how important remembrance services are to people, and it's one of the reasons why we are giving advice earlier than we might normally."
Company spokesman Dan Panes said: "Part of the issue is that Sunday working, like the rest of the railway industry, is voluntary.
"We rely on people volunteering to work on an overtime basis and that's not happening this weekend.
"Usually we can find our way around that but we know it's particularly important for people going to Remembrances, which is one of the reasons why we were trying to talk to people early.
"That way we can let people know what some of those challenges might be and so they're able to make alternative arrangements."
