Woman who fell from cliff airlifted to hospital

A woman has been airlifted to hospital after falling from a cliff in Aberdeenshire.
The woman was rescued after getting into difficulty on the coastal path near Boddam at about 17:00 on Saturday.
She was taken by a coastguard helicopter to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment. Her condition is not known.
Coastguard rescue teams from Peterhead, Cruden Bay and Macduff were called. The RNLI Peterhead lifeboat was also involved in the rescue, as well as Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service.
