Police arrest 30 people in murder investigation

A total of 30 people have been arrested in connection with the death of a man who was stabbed in Derby, police have said.
Dale Martin, known as DJ, died in hospital after the 21-year-old was attacked in Stenson Road at about 23:45 BST on 15 June.
Derbyshire Police said 11 people had been arrested on suspicion of murder, with nine detained on suspicion of assisting an offender, four for violent disorder, three for affray, two for possessing an offensive weapon and one on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
The force added the investigation was still "very much ongoing" and made a fresh appeal for witnesses to come forward.

So far one person - Kaylen Kelly-Basi - has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon, which police said was found when carrying out a search in relation to an incident that took place earlier that evening on Oaklands Avenue.
He has been remanded in custody, while the remainder of the people arrested have been released on conditional bail while the inquiry continues.
