Plans submitted for children's care home

Plans have been submitted to convert a house in North East Lincolnshire into a children's care home.
The property in Allestree Drive, Scartho, near Grimsby, would provide "high quality therapeutic care in a loving, family-orientated environment", according to planning documents.
If approved, it would house up to three children and include staff accommodation.
The plans are being developed by Navigo, which provides mental health services and support across the district.
The application states there is a "distinct lack of places" in children's homes, leading to some placements being made further afield.
"In addition to the distance, often the only placements available are unsuitable or in very expensive private homes, draining the revenue available to the local authority to care for this very vulnerable group," the application adds.
According to the Local Democracy Reporting Service, similar plans to convert a property elsewhere in the district were given positive feedback by council officers.
A public consultation meeting on the proposal is due to take place at Grimsby Rugby Club on 25 March.
