No further action will be taken against a teenager who was arrested over threatening messages about a school knife attack, police have said.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested in Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire, in April following reports about threatening messages relating to Ysgol Dyffryn Aman in Ammanford.

Earlier that week, the school went into lockdown after two teachers and a pupil were stabbed. A 14-year-old girl will appear in court later this month charged with three counts of attempted murder.

Dyfed-Powys Police said the boy arrested over threatening messages has now been released with no further action, following an investigation.
