A motorcyclist who died in a crash last weekend has been named by police.

Kestutis Budrevicius, 40, was riding a black Suzuki GSR motorcycle when it collided with a car on Packman Road, Rotherham on Sunday 9 March. He died at the scene.

Police said the driver of the car, a black Peugeot 3008, has been helping with the investigation.

Mr Budrevicius' son paid tribute to his father, saying he was "loved by all": "No one could tell a better joke than my dad. His humour and love will be greatly missed. He leaves a great legacy behind," he said.

Anyone with information about the incident is being asked to contact South Yorkshire Police.

The force are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen Mr Budrevicius riding his motorcyle prior to the collision at 16:12 GMT, or anyone with dash cam footage that could help with the investigation.
