Arrest after man stabbed in rural village

A man has been arrested after a stabbing in a rural village in Surrey.
A man in his 30s was found injured by police in the Devizes Road and Beatrice Square area of Tadworth at about 18:20 GMT on Tuesday.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to hospital, where his condition is described as stable, according to Surrey Police.
A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
He remains in police custody.
Police said officers were not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
"We do not believe there to be any risk to the wider public," a police spokesperson said.
"We understand that the public may be distressed by this incident, and there will be a continued police presence in the area today while officers carry out their enquiries."
