Motorcyclist dies in crash on country road

A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Wiltshire.

Emergency services were called to the B4696 Ashton Road near Ashton Keynes shortly before 15:00 BST on Sunday following reports of a crash involving one vehicle.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 60s from Chiseldon, Swindon, died at the scene.

Wiltshire Police said his family were being supported by a specialist trained officer and urged anyone who may have dash cam footage, or anyone who witnessed the crash to get in touch.
