A man who brandished a pistol in the street during a family argument has been jailed for five years.

Martin Gordon, 64, was filmed holding the weapon on Brierley Hill Road, Dudley, on 11 August.

West Midlands Police said it received a report that a man had pulled a gun on a woman just before 13:00 GMT and identified Gordon and his car at an industrial estate on Pensnett Road, Brierley Hill, about 15 minutes later.

He was arrested at the scene and was found with a magazine containing two bullets in his pocket, while the gun was still in the car, the force added.
