Public's views sought on pharmacy services
The views of Coventry and Warwickshire residents are being sought over their experience of local pharmacy services.
Coventry City Council says the feedback will be used to assess current needs and shape future provision in the area.
A short online survey is open until 31 January and is being carried out by the authority and Warwickshire County Council, on behalf of their Health and Wellbeing Boards.
The results of the survey will help create the local Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) - a legally-required document designed to help inform decisions about future changes to, and commissioning of, services.
Kamran Caan, from the city council, said: "Pharmacies are an important part of local communities and it is important that people have their say to help us understand if current services are still meeting the needs of residents.
"This will also help us understand where pharmacies are already performing well and identify any potential gaps to service delivery that need improvement so the council, NHS partners and other health services can ensure everyone gets access to the best services possible."
Results of the survey are set to go out to public consultation later this year.
