Man found not guilty of murdering 'loving' father
FamilyA man has been cleared of the murder of a father who was found with stab wounds at a house in Dudley.
Mohammed Osman Khan, 45, was found seriously injured at a property in Buffery Road just after 14:05 BST on 21 June, 2024, and died at the scene.
Following a trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court, Annib Khan, 29, of New Road, Netherton was found not guilty of murder, manslaughter, wounding with intent and affray.
His co-defendant Zane Khan, Mohammed's son, was found guilty of affray and will be sentenced at a later date.
At the time of his death, Mr Khan's family said: "He was a very fun, loving, loyal character and would do anything for anyone, a loving father, uncle and brother.
"A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered."
