Plans for 38 new affordable homes approved

A Jersey States-owned housing provider is set to build 38 new affordable homes on fields near Five Oaks following a planning committee decision.

Andium will develop two, three and four bedroom properties on land between Les Cinq Chenes estate and St Michael's School.

It was rezoned for housing in 2022, when politicians agreed the latest Island Plan.

The Island Plan dictates how each piece of land in Jersey can be used.
