Train services return after morning cancellations

Trains have started to run again on routes that were hit by cancellations during the morning rush hour.
South Western Railway (SWR) services were cancelled between Havant and Haslemere and between Fratton and Hilsea.
The firm blamed an electrical fault and signalling problems for the disruption, which had resulted in trains between Portsmouth and London Waterloo being diverted via Eastleigh.
SWR apologised and advised passengers to check their journey before travelling.
