Murder arrests after woman's unexplained death
Two men and a woman have been arrested after a woman was found dead inside a house.
The 34-year-old's death inside a home on Rock Lane West in Rock Ferry, Wirral, on 29 January was "unexplained", Merseyside Police said.
The force added that "it is believed the woman had been subjected to an assault at around midday the previous day".
A 53-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and a 33-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion of murder and wounding with intent. A woman, 62, has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
All three have been bailed.
Police said the woman's cause of death had been withheld pending further inquiries.
Officers said she had been seen injured near the Cleveland Arms pub on 28 January.
