First look inside market hall after £35m revamp

A popular indoor market in Derby is set to reopen this weekend following a £35m revamp.
Derby Market Hall will feature new street food dining areas and bars, a market and shops for artisan traders.
The Grade II listed building in Tenant Street has been closed for three years while work has taken place and it will open to the public on Saturday.
Derby City Council leader Nadine Peatfield said: "Its finally here and I'm beyond thrilled and so thankful for everyone pulling it all together before Saturday."

The council said award-winning winery, distillery, and bar operator Darley Abbey Wines will open two units.
The Spirit Run will be the first distillery bar in Derby city centre, producing small-batch spirits.
Some of the food vendors include a Venezuelan and Caribbean outlet, a specialist dessert trader, a stall offering Indian tandoori cuisine and a business serving both African and French dishes.

Peatfield said visitors will be able to "appreciate the grandeur" of the market hall when they walk into the building.
"It's beautifully designed and we took a lot of care (with) that," she said.
"We wanted to keep the Victorian heritage with a modern twist - it's unmistakeably Derby."
Peatfield added the revamp will provide an estimated boost of £3.5m to the city economy by attracting more people into Derby.
With the market back open from Saturday, work to transform Osnabruck Square outside will continue until "later this summer".
"The market hall will once again be Derby's beating heart where people choose to come together to shop, eat, and enjoy the buzz of the city," Peatfield said.
"I am certain that it will be a huge success."
