Plans to turn coastal restaurant into holiday home
The owner of a former restaurant in Jersey has applied for permission to develop the site into self-catering accommodation.
The Nude Dunes restaurant at La Pulente, St Brelade, closed in November.
On Monday, owner Nadia Miller applied for planning permission for a partial change of use for the development to a two-bedroom self-catering property.
The plans also requested permission to remove an extract vent, to add an access ramp and new parking.
In July, about 250 people gathered at La Pulente to demonstrate against "overdevelopment and privatisation".
