Police have appealed for more information after a "serious assault" at a pub.

Nine men assaulted two victims in the Paul Pry on Rayleigh's High Road on 30 August at about 23:00 GMT, Essex Police said.

The force said the victims were left with "serious injuries".

Two suspects have been arrested and bailed on suspicion of grievous bodily harm but officers have now started an appeal to try to locate seven other men they want to speak to in relation to the incident.

The force has issued CCTV images of four of the men and urged anyone with information get in touch.
