A detailed application for more than 200 homes to be built at Bodieve, near Wadebridge, has been submitted to Cornwall Council.

It follows an outline proposal which was submitted in 2022.

The proposals include 245 properties, 74 of which would be affordable, along with open spaces which would include two play areas, the Local Democracy Reporting Service said.

The plans include 10 one-bed apartments, 75 two-bed houses, 124 three-bed houses and 36 four-bed houses.
