'Yet more' playground equipment destroyed in fire

A fire service urged people to "stop setting children's play equipment on fire" after another blaze in a park.
Firefighters found a rope swing alight at Saffron Road play area in Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire at about 23:00 GMT on Friday.
Higham Ferrers Parish Council said it was "deeply saddened to find that this has happened again" and the "extremely popular" piece of apparatus had been removed as it was so badly damaged.
Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service said it would work with police to investigate the incident.
In a Facebook post, Rushden Fire Station said: "On-call crew attended yet more play equipment on fire in Higham.
"One hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire but children won't be able to use this today.
"Please stop setting children's play equipment on fire."
