Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after crash

A motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash with a van.

The white Ford Transit collided with a blue Honda motorbike on the A1075 Watton Road in Stow Bedon, near Attleborough, Norfolk, at 18:25 BST on Monday.

The motorbike rider, a man in his 60s, was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, but has since been transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.

The road was closed for more than four hours while emergency crews attended the scene. Police have appealed for anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage to contact them.
