Two injured in Christmas Eve crash involving bus

A male driver and his female passenger were taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash involving their car and a bus on Christmas Eve.

Dorset Police were called at about 20:00 GMT on Tuesday to the collision on Wallisdown Road, near to the Mountbatten Roundabout, Bournemouth.

The injured pair, who are in their 30s, were travelling in a blue Skoda Octavia.

Officers are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage or information about the crash to get in contact with them.

Two bus passengers had minor injuries and were treated by paramedics at the scene.
