Three men charged over £1.2m cannabis haul

Three men have been arrested and charged after police discovered cannabis worth over £1m in North Ayrshire.
The discovery was made on Wednesday about 12:30 in Bridgegate, Irvine, with the drug's street value estimated to be between £1.2 and £1.8m.
The three men - aged 38, 30 and 29 - appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Friday.
Police Scotland confirmed that reports had been submitted to the procurator fiscal.
