Police hunt after post office targeted in ram raid

Police are hunting for two suspects after a post office was ram raided.

A silver van crashed into the building and two men were seen entering the shop based on Flaxpits Lane in Winterbourne, South Gloucestershire, police said.

Avon and Somerset Police was called to the incident at 23:50 GMT on Tuesday. A force spokesperson said it was too early to report what had been stolen in the burglary.

Anybody with relevant information or footage has been urged to contact police.
