'Perfect son' killed in car crash named by police

A 22-year-old man who was killed in a car crash near Annan in Dumfries and Galloway has been described as "the perfect son".
Lewis Chapman, from Langholm, was fatally injured in a collision on the B6357 Annan-Cannonbie-Jedburgh Road at about 20:25 on 13 December.
Police are investigating the incident.
Mr Chapman's family said: "Lewis really was the perfect son and a credit to everyone who knew him."
The added: "He's left an irreplaceable void in his devoted family's life and will be sorely missed by all."
