Man charged after woman found dead in Borders

A 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a woman in the Scottish Borders.
Police were called to a property on Windram Road in Chirnside at about 04:35 on Sunday.
Emergency services were sent to the scene and a 31-year-old woman was pronounced dead.
Police said the man was expected to appear at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
The force said officers would remain in the area while investigations were carried out and urged anyone with concerns to approach them.
Ch Insp Stuart Fletcher said: "We understand this incident will cause concern within the local community and I want to reassure residents that there will be an ongoing police presence in the area.
"Additional patrols are being carried out and I would encourage anyone with concerns to speak to officers."
