Man robbed at knifepoint in early morning attack

Police are carrying out inquiries after a man was robbed while out jogging

A man has been robbed at knifepoint while jogging in Surrey.

The man was in Temple Close, Epsom, at the junction with Hazon Way at about 05:30 BST on Sunday when he was approached by two men.

Surrey Police said the two men, armed with knives, punched the victim in the head, took his phone and glasses and searched his pockets.

The force is asking anyone with information to come forward. The two suspects are described as white, and were wearing black tracksuits and balaclavas.
