Four vehicle crash closes one lane on A38 in Devon

A four vehicle crash has closed a section of the A38 near Plymouth.

National Highways said one lane of the A38 eastbound was closed between St Budeaux and Devonport in Devon.

It said emergency services were on scene and a recovery had been arranged.

There was a 30 minute traffic delay, it added.

Traffic was queuing from before the Tamar Bridge in Cornwall.
