Road closed eastbound as police respond to crash

A road busy with commuters has been partly closed following a crash earlier.

Cambridgeshire Police said the emergency services were dealing with a road traffic collision on the A1307 Cambridge Road, near Little Linton, south of Cambridge.

The eastbound carriageway remains blocked while the westbound carriageway, which was blocked before 06:00 BST, is now partially blocked.

Bus operator Stagecoach said its services were affected, with buses on the 13 and X13 routes unable to serve Linton High Street, adding that the nearest bus stop was at Linton fire station.

Cambridgeshire Police said: "Please find an alternative route."
