Hunt for driver seen inhaling gas at the wheel

A driver who was seen inhaling gas from a balloon while at the wheel of a car is being hunted by police.
Officers spotted the black Ford Kuga in Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, at about 15:00 GMT on Saturday.
Cleveland Police said the suspect evaded officers and fled the scene, abandoning the car in Bush Street.
The force said it was trying to identify the driver and had seized the vehicle, inside which they found a number of gas canisters.
Sgt Adam Woodland said: "I would like to remind motorists that inhaling gas canisters, and being in possession of them, is a criminal offence as a class C drug."
