The family of a fisherman who died at sea have paid tribute to a "kind, caring and loving" son and father, and a "great friend to all".

Jack Walker, 35, was rescued about a mile off the coast of Milford Haven Port, Pembrokeshire, on 1 May but later died, Dyfed-Powys Police said.

"We are completely heartbroken at losing our kind, caring and loving son, grandson, dad, brother, uncle and brother-in-law," his family said.

"A great friend to all. Jack tragically left us doing what he loved most."

Mr Walker's family also said their "thoughts and heartfelt wishes go out to his crew mates that day".

"We would like to thank everyone for their support."

Dyfed-Powys Police said they were working with authorities to establish what happened.
