Teenagers arrested on suspicion of sexual assault

Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault by touching following an incident in Guildford on Saturday evening.

Surrey Police officers said they arrested the boys after a girl was touched inappropriately in Friary Passage, near the Electric Theatre, some time between 19:00 and 20:20 BST.

The identity of the victim remains unknown and Surrey Police would like to identify her to check on her welfare.

Officers would also like to speak to anyone who saw a group of children who then travelled towards Guildford train station.
