Five men have denied murdering a man whose body was discovered more than a month after he was last seen.

Michael Wheeler, from Yeovil in Somerset, went missing on 24 August last year, and police found his body at a property in Yarlington on 25 September.

Mark Roberts, 38, Angus Warner, 32, Reuben Clare, 18, David Garland, 39 and Jack Rance, 28, all pleaded not guilty to his murder and denied a charge of conspiracy to murder when they appeared at Bristol Crown Court on Friday.

All five defendants have been remanded into custody ahead of trial.
