The pair appeared before Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday for a first hearing.

Both men have been remanded into custody and are due to appear at the city's crown court, on 28 August.

The fire broke out on Green Rock Lane just after 15:15 BST, on 26 July.
