Police are looking for a man accused of walking off without paying for two tattoos that cost a total of £350.

The man allegedly told the tattoo parlour in Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, that he needed to withdraw money from a cash machine - but he failed to return.

One tattoo was inked with the words Get Rich or Die Tryin', which is the title of rapper 50 Cent's debut album and a subsequent film he starred in.

Essex Police released a CCTV image of a man they wanted to speak to in connection with the incident, which happened on 18 December.

A force spokesman said: "The hand tattoo would be quite difficult to hide."

The second tattoo on the man's left forearm featured the words "love" and "loyalty out values everything".

Officers asked the public to get in touch if they knew the identity of the man pictured, or to contact the force if they had other information such as CCTV or dashcam footage of the area.
