Fire crews tackle blaze at storage warehouse

Firefighters have worked through the night tackling a blaze at a storage warehouse in East Lothian.

At the height of the incident, about 45 firefighters were at the scene in Eskmills Road in Musselburgh.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said nine fire appliances went to the scene when the alarm was raised at 00:25.

The fire has been extinguished and firefighters left the scene after making the area safe. There were no reports of any casualties.

Police advised local residents and businesses to keep windows and doors shut.

A number of roads have been closed and motorists and pedestrians are urged to avoid the area.
